April 1, 2002 -- version 1.4
Ellipses and standard deviation bars are supported, with help from Marek Przezdziecki (thanks!).
The program is now known as JPlotFormants.

July 1, 2001 -- version 1.3
Disable "Go to website" menu item if user isn't running Windows.
Added application icon to plot window.

June 29, 2001 -- version 1.3
Added window icon, splash screen and keyboard accelerators.

June 23, 2001 -- version 1.3
Added a "show formants in memory" menu item to display formants in memory without having to edit them.
Added a help page.
Added a "save before exit" warning if window is closed by clicking in window closing corner button (as opposed to the "exit" menu item). 
Added "go to website" menu item that opens an Internet Explorer window (needs refining for Netscape support, Mac, etc). 
Moved "exit" program to file menu.

Plot can be saved as JPEG.

Changed options dialog to tabbed pane to include more options (draw ellipses, draw mean, draw blob or symbol at mean, draw no points or symbols). 
Implemented: color, draw mean, draw blob or symbol at mean, draw neither.
Not implemented: draw ellipses.
